Following the success of IEEE ICCS 2017 and for years preparation, 2020 IEEE 2nd International Conference on Circuits and Systems will take place in Chengdu, China, during Dec. 10-13, 2020. ICCS 2020 is co-organized by University of Electronic Science and Technology of China and Sichuan Institute of Electronics, technically sponsored by Sichuan University, China, Singapore Institute of Electronics, National Institute of Astrophysics, Optics and Electronics, INAOE, Keio University, Japan, The University of Manchester, etc.
