The North East Automotive Expo 2020, along with sponsors MAKE it Sunderland, North East Growth Hub and Invest South Tyneside, will return to the Beacon of Light, Sunderland on the rescheduled date of Wednesday 2nd December 2020 after taking into account the Government advice and current safety measures to manage COVID-19. The Expo has proved itself as the North East's exemplar exhibition for the automotive sector and last year brought in record numbers from across the UK and beyond. We anticipate that the Expo will play a key role in supporting the recovery and will be a vital lifeline for many companies who want to re-engage with the automotive community, establish new contacts and develop a sales pipeline to recoup any lost revenue during the challenging business environment. It is the only event that is solely dedicated to the automotive sector and its supply chain, playing a key role in increasing the profile of the North East and showcasing the region’s significant and growing capability. The event provides companies with a platform to connect, do business, demonstrate technology, gather sector knowledge and learn about the business support available.
