Custom Garment Manufacturing

HERMIN offers full-service apparel development, including CAD design, fashion trend analysis, fabric simulation with Penelope software, and complete CMT (Cut, Make, Trim) services. 

Eco-Friendly Fabric

HERMIN uses organic cotton (GOTS-certified), recycled polyester/nylon, and plant-based materials. Eco-friendly coatings like bee wax, non-solvent PU, and PET from recycled bottles offer functionality with sustainability.

BNS Bouncy Technology

HERMIN’s patented BNS Bouncy Technology enables natural fibers like cotton, Tencel®, and Modal® to become stretchable—without the use of spandex or Lycra®. This innovation relies on custom weaving rather than chemical fibers to create sustainable stretch fabrics that enhance breathability and offer improved recyclability and biodegradability.

Outdoor / Performance Fabric

Designed for extreme environments, HERMIN’s high-density waterproof cotton and laminated blends deliver durability, weather resistance, and comfort—ideal for outdoor jackets, winter coats, and athletic wear. Coatings such as silicone, PU, and TPU, combined with ultra-dense weaving, enhance waterproofing and wind resistance while retaining lightweight strength and breathability.

Knitted Textile

Produced using advanced circular and flat knitting machines, HERMIN’s knits combine soft comfort with technical capabilities. HERMAN uses sustainable yarns like organic cotton, recycled synthetics, Tencel®, and blended yarns—perfect for sportswear, loungewear, and eco-apparel.

Non-Apparel Fabric

HERMIN offers specialty coatings and constructions that meet technical requirements for textiles widely used in bags, gear, and industrial applications. Coating options include acrylic, PU, silicone, and organic wax—each tailored for specific performance and durability needs. Non-apparel fabrics offer enhanced abrasion resistance, water repellency, and shape retention.

Bonded/Lamination Fabrics
