JINN FA Facing New Industry Challenges with Technological Advances

Tech Evolution That's Powering a New Era in Manufacturing

As machining technology and industrial innovation keep advancing, the products we use today have become more diverse and higher in quality. But behind every improvement in product performance is a leap forward in manufacturing technology.

Beyond just innovative design structures, the pursuit of higher machining precision has become a key focus across the industry. Achieving that level of accuracy requires more powerful, high-performance machine tools. This isn't just a passing trend—it’s the inevitable direction of future industrial development.

As manufacturers face increasingly complex workpieces and tighter tolerances, they need machines that offer multi-axis capability, high rigidity, and ultra-precise performance. That’s why machine tool builders around the world—JINN FA included—are constantly pushing the boundaries of innovation, refining both machining capabilities and precision.

Machine Tool Builders Are Racing to Evolve

In the machine tool industry, manufacturers worldwide are stepping up to meet the growing demand for high-efficiency, high-precision machining of complex components. In recent years, many have turned to smart manufacturing solutions and structural design optimization to stay competitive.

Technologies like multi-axis simultaneous machining, optimized sliding headstock (Swiss-type) configurations, and integrated automatic bar feeders have quickly become mainstream trends.

Take JINN FA for example—the company recently announced the development and testing of its JSL-12RBY model. This Swiss-type lathe reflects JINN FA’s continued focus on multi-axis control and precision sliding headstock design. It’s a clear sign that the company is actively aligning with industry demands for greater machining flexibility and performance.

JINN FA’s Latest CNC Innovations

To meet the increasingly demanding machining requirements of the future, expectations for equipment performance are on the rise. Machines today must not only be more precise, faster, and smarter—they also need to offer multifunctional integration. The ability of a single machine to handle a wider range of operations has become a defining trend in the industry.

In response, JINN FA is launching a series of advanced CNC machine tools in 2025, specifically engineered for high-precision sectors such as electronics, medical devices, and automotive components. These new models are designed to fulfill the diverse and complex needs of modern precision machining.

Among them, the JSL-20RB and JSL-20RBY are Swiss-type sliding head CNC lathes, equipped with up to 8-axis control systems and capable of synchronous main and sub-spindle operations. They support multiple processes including turning, milling, drilling, and tapping—all in one setup. The JSL-20RBY further enhances capability by adding a Y2-axis on top of the JSL-20RB base, significantly boosting flexibility and the ability to machine more complex parts with greater accuracy.

On the horizontal turning side, the JCL series—including models like JCL-4232, 5232, 5250, and 6050—features a 30° slant bed design paired with high-rigidity linear guideways, delivering excellent stability and machining efficiency. This series offers flexible configurations with either single or dual spindles, supporting both 6-inch and 8-inch 3-jaw chucks or collet systems, making it adaptable to various workpiece sizes and machining requirements.

With this new product lineup, JINN FA not only showcases its innovation in precision machining, but also reinforces its role as a forward-thinking leader in the machine tool industry. Looking ahead, JINN FA will continue to deliver smarter, more efficient solutions—backed by deep technical expertise and a spirit of innovation—to help customers achieve greater value through advanced manufacturing.
