62 Billion (NTD) International Big Orders Start, The Aerospace Supply Chain Takes Off With Smart Machinery

Aerospace National Team Wins 62 Billion(NTD) Orders

The global aerospace market has grown rapidly in recent years. From 2019 to the next 2038, global airlines are expected to purchase approximately 44,000 new aircraft, with a total output value of up to 6.8 trillion US dollars. In order to save fuel and save operating costs, "light weight" is one of the key priorities when designing aircraft. The weight of new models in the international market now uses lightweight and strong composite materials has reached more than 50%.

A few days ago, Taiwan announced the aerospace national team composed of three mechanical equipment manufacturers, including AIDC and Vision Wide, with the goal of establishing the localization of the aerospace composite material processing equipment and the wisdom of the entire line, to assist domestic machinery equipment companies to enter the international aviation industry. At present, it has successfully entered the international aerospace composite material processing market, grabbed an international order of NT$62 billion, accumulated several years of smart mechanical energy, and successfully established the independent supply capacity of Taiwan aerospace composite material processing technology and equipment. This is a good start, and Taiwan will not be absent in the aerospace market for the next 20 years.

Uses Smart Machinery to Enter The Aerospace Supply Chain

VISION WIDE TECH CO., LTD. is a professional CNC gantry machining center machine manufacturer under the VISION WIDE brand. Provide a variety of machining center machines, from heavy cutting to high-speed cutting, three-axis to five-axis, from metal materials to composite materials, to meet various processing needs.

Continuously cultivating supporting solutions for cutting and advanced manufacturing, Vision Wide gradually extended to higher-efficiency product solutions, as well as higher-efficiency ultra-heavy-duty processing, high-speed and high-feed processing, thereby improving customer productivity as aims.

Vision Wide developed the first domestically produced ultrasonic paper honeycomb cutting machine to replace imported high-end European and American models, while the self-developed automatic correction technology combined with AI was Successfully overcome the technical obstacles of insufficient positioning accuracy of the robotic arm. Recognized by international partners and customers, has received nine machine tool orders.

Under the certification of international customers for aerospace, the processing equipment has now achieved a large international order of 62 billion yuan in the next 10 years, including orders from two major companies, Boeing and Airbus, which have successfully entered the international aerospace composite material processing market.

TAWA Supermarket Case: How Tai Dragon Improved Fresh Produce Packaging Freshness, Efficiency, and Output in California
In fresh produce retail, packaging is not simply the final step before products reach store shelves. It directly affects freshness, appearance, handling efficiency, and how confidently consumers choose what they buy. For supermarkets and produce packing operations, the challenge is clear: how can fresh vegetables be packed faster and more consistently without sacrificing quality? This was the practical issue facing TAWA Supermarket in California. With more than 60 supermarket locations across the region, TAWA relies on a central market operation to select fresh vegetables from nearby farms and prepare them for retail distribution. To support this high-volume workflow, TAWA needed a packaging solution that could protect produce quality, improve operating efficiency, and keep up with growing output demand. This case shows how Tai Dragon Machinery Co., Ltd. helped address those needs through its vegetable packing machines and labeling solutions.

From Standalone Machines to Integrated Production Lines: A New Direction for Coil Winding Automation
Coil winding automation is moving beyond the performance of individual machines. As production environments become more demanding, many of the most persistent problems no longer come from winding speed alone, but from poor coordination between processes, inconsistent material flow, and production layouts that were never designed to operate as one connected system. Integrated production lines are gaining attention because they address the broader structure of winding operations rather than only improving one isolated step.

ASSOMA Gains Attention for High-Efficiency Chemical Pump Technology
According to the IEK / Commercial Times report, “ASSOMA Receives TCIA Excellence R&D Award,” ASSOMA INC. has drawn industry attention for its high-efficiency engineering plastic chemical centrifugal pump technology and structure. The reported technology is regarded as a notable example of how corrosion-resistant chemical pumps are evolving toward higher efficiency. For users in chemical processing, PCB manufacturing, surface treatment, and environmental fluid handling systems, the value of this report goes beyond the recognition itself. It speaks directly to a continuing industrial challenge: as electricity costs, energy-saving pressure, ESG expectations, and reliability requirements rise, how should chemical pumps be evaluated to balance efficiency, chemical resistance, and total cost of ownership (TCO)?
